WHAT DOES OUR CHILD NEED?

FOOTBALL

  1. Mouthguard: Mouthguards help protect the teeth, jaw, and mouth from injury. They should be worn during practices and games.
  2. Cleats: Football cleats provide traction on the field, helping to prevent slips and falls. Make sure your child's cleats are appropriate for the type of field surface they'll be playing on.
  3. Youth Athletic Cup: The primary function of a protective cup is to shield the groin area from impact during physical contact or collisions on the field. In football, players can encounter forceful tackles, blocks, or accidental contact, and wearing a cup helps reduce the risk of painful and potentially serious injuries to the genitals.

CHEERLEADING

  1. Shoes: We do require our girls to get a pair of all-white shoes which will be worn during game days.
